Our Philosophy of Change

Our philosophy of change is simple and workable, we strongly believe that we should give the process of change whatever it takes and that people should always be at the center of change. We should not work for our beneficiaries but should work them. Change is not possible when we provide solution to people, sustainable change is only possible when we encourage people to find solution to their problem and help them implement these solutions.

We believe in “go with it.” To our mind, we can’t unchanged something, so we might as well start looking at what’s neat what the change has left us with, and offers with as much of an open mind as we can muster. This philosophy also makes it easy to initiate change our selves, rather than waiting for it to be kicked off by external forces.
